Your Role:
* Build strong B2B relationships to source new clients for recruitment and migration services.
* Have an extensive Blue-Collar network of small and large potential clients
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
* Develop a candidate pool for key positions, with a focus on international talent.
* Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Seek, and Indeed for candidate and client sourcing.
* Maintain records.
* Contribute to talent acquisition strategies and improvements.
* Prepare monthly talent acquisition reports.
What You Need:
* Experience in blue-collar industry recruitment.
* Understanding of the Temporary Skilled Shortage (TSS) SC482 visa requirements
* Creative sourcing skills and a proactive approach.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethics.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
* Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
* Computer proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
