Due to growth, an exciting opportunity exists for a Glazier or Installer to join the team. The successful candidate will specialize in the installation and fabrication of shower screens and mirrors. This role requires excellent attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role: Install shower screens, mirrors, and other glazing products as per project specifications, ensuring they are secure, level, and aligned properly. Operate machinery and tools, such as glass cutters, drills, and polishing equipment, to fabricate custom-sized pieces. Conduct quality control checks before, during, and after installation to ensure everything meets company standards. Follow all safety protocols during installation to ensure both personal safety and the safety of the clients' property. Ensure that all products are installed with a high level of craftsmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail Perform minor adjustments or alterations during installation as necessary to ensure optimal functionality and aesthetics. What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Glazing or Installer of similar products such as fencing, balustrades etc, preferably with a focus on shower screens and mirrors. Solid understanding of glazing materials, tools, and techniques. (favourable) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues during installation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship. Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
