We're seeking a Estimator / Senior Estimator based in Auckland to deliver accurate, independent cost estimates for major infrastructure projects. This role offers the prospect to work on diverse, high-impact projects and provide strategic input that shapes essential services.
Key Responsibilities
* Build first-principles pricing for projects, including facilities, civils, and pipework, with a strong focus on electrical works.
* Quantify from design information and collaborate with engineers to ensure precision.
* Validate quantities and pricing from suppliers and contractors.
* Source and review quotations, negotiating competitive pricing.
* Assess and price risk during evaluation.
