About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across a range of matters.
Key Tasks:
* Process online, email and phone sales orders in a timely and efficient manner.
* Respond to customer enquiries on a wide range of matters and provide accurate advice and information on products and services.
* Update and maintain customer records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with privacy principles.
* Provide administrative and support services to support the effective operation of our business.
* Communicate with customers on a regular basis to build strong relationships.
* Record and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
* Work cooperatively with other staff and stakeholders.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Technical skills including Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
* Background in the healthcare industry and product knowledge.
