Overview
We are seeking a Sales Admin / Operational Assistant to support our outside sales team and back-office operations. The role involves handling product enquiries, sample requests, invoicing, freight preparation, account receivables/payables, delivery schedules, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with lead times, freight estimates, and order status.
* Enter sales orders and maintain customer data in ERP system.
* Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and follow up on payments.
* Track inventory, samples, and warehouse staff working time.
* Greet visitors, introduce products, and assist with enquiries.
* Maintain filing systems and generate AR/AP reports.

Requirements
* College degree or higher
* Friendly, positive, and team-oriented personality.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite; quick learner of new software.
* Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively.
* Experience in admin, receptionist, or sales support preferred.
Pay
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
