Customer Service Officer Role
The Customer Service Officer is a vital position within our Contact Centre team, accountable to the Team Leaders and Manager for:
* Providing accurate, responsive, and timely client services
* Undertaking inbound and outbound contact and administrative processes
* Modelling behaviours aligned with our service values
Special Conditions:
* A National Police Clearance will be required prior to employment
Multiple short-term and long-term contract roles are available.

Remuneration:
$58,709 - $63,154 per annum
