Your Talent What You Bring We're looking for a strategic problem solver with a strong background in eCommerce operations. You should be comfortable navigating complex digital ecosystems, driving efficiencies, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your Must-Haves Three or more years of hands-on eCommerce experience (multi-channel retail is a bonus). One to three years of experience with payment processing, risk management, and high-transaction platforms. Project management skills – experience with system upgrades, integrations, and vendor management. Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and optimization. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders. Your Mission Operations Manager – Ecommerce .

As our Operations Manager – Ecommerce, you'll drive operational excellence across payment solutions, logistics, and fulfilment. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a world-class eCommerce experience.
Key Responsibilities Manage payments, logistics, and fulfilment to ensure smooth integration and operations. Monitor fraud risk and payment analytics, implementing proactive measures to prevent revenue loss. Develop reporting tools to track warehouse performance, demand planning, and inventory forecasting. Oversee testing and implementation of eCommerce platform updates, ensuring cross-device functionality. Collaborate with Customer Service teams to address consumer pain points and improve service.
