We are currently hiring an
Assistant Community Manager
based at our
Freshwater Burpengary Lifestyle Community
.
Reporting to the Community Manager, this role will see you help lead and support the day-to-day operations of the Ingenia Lifestyle Community, ensuring our community runs smoothly and residents receive exceptional service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
* Support daily community operations by assisting with site presentation, contractor coordination, resident wellbeing, and emergency response
* Assist with sales and occupancy by supporting new home installations, resident interviews, and promotional activities to drive growth
* Manage administration and compliance including resident files, utility billing, legislative adherence, and documentation of resident issues
* Coordinate and deliver events from planning and budgeting to execution and evaluation, fostering a vibrant and engaged community
* Lead and support the team through coaching, rostering, recruitment, and promoting a safe, high-performing work environment
About You
* Current 'C' class driver's licence
* Experience in a similar role, with strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and compliance
* Confident in managing building and grounds maintenance, responding to emergencies, and supporting resident wellbeing
* Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, walking the site, and using cleaning, gardening, or kitchen equipment as needed
