Overview
Senior Identity & Access Governance Analyst, NSW, 12 Months
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and improve the identity governance function in alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Manage identity governance campaigns using relevant tools and ensure timely completion of access reviews.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of identity governance and trust.
- Provide reports and analysis of IAM system activities to support audits and inform strategic decisions.
- Identify risks, provide expert advice, and drive continuous improvements in governance practices.
- Document business processes related to identity governance to enforce compliance and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Solid working knowledge of identity governance tools and frameworks.
- Experience running access reviews and working with regulatory and compliance standards.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports to support audit and compliance.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to security best practices.
