* Managing operations at the packing and warehouse facilities as required by the Site Manager.

* Developing and driving a positive team culture by providing proactive leadership, mentoring and feedback to Site Operators.

* Continuously developing operational strategies to maximise site efficiencies while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

* Supporting the Site Manager in managing all staff requirements to maximise labour utilisation.

* Maximising allocation and utilisation of equipment between all activities.

* Assisting in the maintenance of site machinery, including developing an extensive preventative maintenance program.

* Ensuring strict adherence to Department of Agriculture requirements at all times.

* Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of all areas of the site.
