I am currently working with a reputable Tier 2 construction company on the Gold Coast that is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join their team.
This role offers the chance to be part of a landmark high-rise development on the Gold Coast. With a solid pipeline of upcoming projects and long-term plans for growth in the region, this is an opportunity to secure a stable, career-defining position within a growing business.
The Role
* Lead incident management and support thorough investigations
* Play a key role in guiding and supporting subcontractors, helping to embed a strong safety culture on-site while maintaining long-term partnerships
* Conduct regular internal site audits to ensure ongoing compliance
* Run toolbox talks and deliver safety training sessions to workers and subcontractors
* Complete proactive site walks and inspections to identify and address risks
* Establish and update detailed risk registers across both current and future projects
About You
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HSE role within commercial construction
* Certificate IV in WHS/OHS
* Previous experience on high-rise residential projects and with Tier 2 construction companies
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to site safety
