As a key member of our transport team, we are seeking a reliable and skilled Local Delivery Driver to join our Cairns operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service while maintaining attention to detail.
The role involves the safe pick-up and delivery of bulk freight, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete pickups and deliveries of bulk general freight
* Safely and efficiently manage deliveries on time and in full
* Work in a steady-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy
* Adhere to established rules, regulations, and processes for smooth operations
Requirements:
* 12 months' experience in a similar role in a structured environment
* Current MC Licence
* Forklift Licence desirable but not mandatory
* A professional mindset with strong accountability and commitment to meeting goals
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and criminal history check
