ICT Project Manager Role
This role involves managing end-to-end ICT projects, including planning, execution, and closure. You will oversee the development and implementation of strategic IT initiatives to drive business growth.
* Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers in alignment with business objectives.
* Lead cross-functional teams to implement ERP, CRM, POS, and e-commerce systems that meet business requirements.
* Evaluate system integrations between retail, warehouse, logistics, and finance platforms to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Scope Management: Manage project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
* Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
* Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and oversee the implementation of IT systems.
* System Integration: Ensure system integrations between different platforms run efficiently.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
* At least 3 years' experience managing large-scale ICT projects, including ERP/CRM/e-commerce system rollouts.
* Experience in ICT project governance, Agile, Waterfall methodologies, and leading cross-functional teams.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence team members and stakeholders for a positive delivery.
