As we continue to grow our operations across the Geelong region, we're looking to bring on a qualified First Aider with a strong understanding of construction environments to support our field teams.
**The Role**:
We are seeking a qualified First Aider to provide on-site support and ensure compliance with health and safety standards across active traffic and construction zones.
This position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide immediate first aid assistance to injured or ill workers on-site
- Ensure first aid equipment is stocked and compliant
- Maintain transparent records of incidents and treatment provided
- Assist with general labour or traffic duties as required (optional based on experience)
- Communicate clearly with team leads and emergency services when needed
**Requirements**:
- Valid First Aid + CPR Certificate III
- Construction White Card (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of health and safety in high-risk environments
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies
- Previous experience in a construction, civil, or traffic management setting highly regarded
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
