The eCommerce Assistant supports the digital, content, and operational functions of the brand's online presence.
This role is executional and fast-paced, working closely with the Marketing team to ensure the website, content schedules, and PR processes run seamlessly.
You will help maintain brand consistency across all platforms, mostly Shopify and Klayvio and while supporting daily digital tasks essential to growth.
Key Responsibilities
ECOMMERCE AND WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
Update and maintain the website, ensuring all product pages, descriptions, assets, pricing, and collection layouts are correct and elevated.
Add new products to the global product catalogue (LLC) and ensure all information is complete and accurate.
Work closely with the marketing team on weekly updates, product accuracy, and digital housekeeping.
Conduct routine website audits to ensure an error-free, cohesive online experience.
Liaise with technical support team as needed regarding digital integrations, website fixes, and technical tasks.
EMAIL MARKETING
Prepare and schedule 2 Klaviyo campaigns per week, ensuring each send is brand-aligned and visually compelling.
Manage performance of Klaviyo flows and update with new content.
CONTENT, PR AND SOCIAL
Maintain and update the PR tracking sheet; follow up with creators and stylists in a timely, professional manner.
Upload and organise all content to Dropbox, including PR imagery, Seen On content, and campaign/behind-the-shots assets.
Film and capture BTS content at shoots; edit short-form videos and mock up concepts for marketing creatives.
Manage the Figma content calendar and ensure all assets, messaging, and deadlines remain up to date.
Grow the Pinterest account and schedule posts daily to increase brand visibility and traffic.
Post consistently on Threads in alignment with brand tone.
Post and update LinkedIn.
Mock up 2 storyboards a week tying into monthly content/posting theme.
MARKETING AND PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Assist in planning and organising shoots and marketing-led events.
