Responsibilities
* Work full‐time on‐site in a retail store on a rotating 7‐day trade roster.
* Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via e‐mail.
* Sell full holiday packages including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises and transfers.
* Build a customer base of new and returning customers, from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays.
* Act as the travel expert, answering customers' questions about visas, travel timing, packing, dining, safety, etc.
* Achieve individual KPIs and sales targets while balancing a high‐pressure workload.
Qualifications
* Experienced traveller with a proven history of international destinations.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage calendar and customer communications.
* Strong determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a fast‐paced environment.
* Enthusiastic, passionate, and warm personality that encourages customers to book.
* Computer savviness – comfortable navigating multiple complex systems to find flight and package options.
