Seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead a newly built, bustling neighbourhood shopping centre in the Wollongong/Shellharbour area.
Your key responsibilities will include budgeting, building strong relationships with the local community and stakeholders, initiating and maintaining retailer relationships, identifying casual/pop-up leasing opportunities, financial management, and day-to-day property repairs/maintenance.
We're looking for someone with previous experience working in a Shopping Centre Management team, possessing strong financial acumen and management skills. Confident negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills are also essential. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with retailers and external stakeholders are crucial.
