Join the NWHHS Human Resources team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality workforce reporting, data analysis, and payroll support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving systems, and partnering with leaders to drive positive people outcomes.
About The Role
You will provide high‑level data analysis, reporting, and system support that strengthens payroll accuracy, rostering outcomes, and workforce decision‑making across NWHHS. You'll partner closely with line managers, support HR systems, and help maintain strong data integrity to ensure effective HR operations.
Deliver accurate and timely reporting, analysis, and compliance support across payroll, rostering, and workforce data. Generate predictive workforce insights and business‑critical reports to inform strategic and operational decisions. Support HR system governance, including training, system enhancements, reporting schedules, and establishment management processes.

Requirements
C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.A period of probation may apply.
