Reporting into the Senior Supply Chain Manager, the Integration Manager will oversee the overall supply chain capabilities necessary to ensure a successful & seamless operation of end-to-end supply chain procedures in Myer and/or its 3PL's.About the role:Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using industry-standard technologiesLead integration efforts to ensure smooth transactions across teams, systems and technologiesCollaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that align with business goalsDefine & continuously update the architecture to support evolving business objectivesMonitor & minimise technical defects to maintain scalable, high-quality solutionsBuild strong cross-functional relationships with the Supply Chain team & across the broader businessPlan and analyse capabilities to ensure the development & delivery of cost-effective, supportable productsProvide expertise in logistics to ensure system designs meet performance requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve the supporting infrastructure for better efficiency, cost savings and safetyOffer engineering support for distribution centre operations, including inventory control, facility layout, flow optimisation & data analysisUse logistics modelling tools to design efficient warehouse, transportation and supply chain solutions for proposals and ongoing operationsParticipate in the implementation and integration of decision-support systems at logistics sitesProvide logistical technology support to internal teams & stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutionsManage transportation of raw materials and finished goods, vendor selection, negotiations & inventory controlDevelop logistics plans to improve the distribution of goods and supplies.About you:Experienced leader within DC environment with a support/operations backgroundStrong Lean or Continuous improvement backgroundExposure to systems IE WMS, ERP &/or core platformHigh analytical and problem-solving experience within an automated environment is essentialStrong systems and inventory understanding with a DC environmentDemonstrated ability to work with new automated technology and systemsProven change and project management skillsExperience in DC diligence, with experience conducting projects desirableSupply Chain tertiary qualifications highly desired5 years' of experience as a Solution Architect or similar Supply Chain roleThe Benefits:Generous team member discounts on all Myer productsOpportunities for growth and career developmentA supportive leadership teamThe opportunity to be a part of and contribute to the Myer growth strategyService Recognitionand Inspirational People AwardsHere, you're not only an employee.
