Our tables are intimate, and the energy is unfiltered, creating a unique bistro experience. As a key member of our pastry team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality desserts that meet our standards and complement our menu.
Key Responsibilities
* We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our opening team and produce exceptional dessert offerings.
* You will uphold our quality standards by maintaining consistency, creativity, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* You will possess strong technical skills across pastry and dessert preparation, as well as a sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and organisational practices.
* You will have a positive, team-oriented approach and be willing to support across sections when required.
* You will be flexible to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
