We're looking for a
Community Manager
to be the heart of our growing network. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll build strong relationships, create positive culture across our sites, and ensure our freelancers feel supported every step of their journey.
What You'll Do
As a Community Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily life of our suites by:
* Freelancer Inspections
– Hosting site tours, sharing the benefits of joining our community, and guiding new freelancers into their own suite.
* Freelancer Inductions
– Delivering smooth, supportive onboarding to set our freelancers up for success.
* Freelancer Exits
– Conducting suite inspections and ensuring a seamless transition.
* Maintenance Coordination
– Troubleshooting issues, liaising with contractors, and ensuring our spaces remain beautiful and functional.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Updating and maintaining our CRM records.
* Being a professional, friendly face of Freedom Suites across multiple sites.
* Promoting and supporting attendance at community events.
* Posting regular updates in site Facebook groups.
* Participating in team meetings and the after-hours support roster (shared across the management team).
* Occasionally attending openings, events, or emergency call-outs.

* Able to handle a mix of customer service, operational, and hands-on tasks.
* Flexible, reliable, and ready to represent Freedom Suites with positivity and professionalism.
A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle is required.

Location
: Brisbane (across Paddington, Stones Corner, West End, Everton Park, Nundah and Newstead), with regular travel to the Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore) and Gold Coast (Southport).
