About Us

About You
The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate analytical thinking, a willingness to get involved in different tasks, and one or two of the following:
* Computer knowledge (especially excel or accounting software proficiency)
* Retail or customer service experience
* Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to new environments
* Sport / academic / cultural involvements and achievements
* Experience in payroll would be advantageous but not essential
A Day In The Life
As a PAYROLL OFFICER your daily tasks will include:
* Completing weekly payroll timesheets, process leave requests and allowances
* Monitoring the payroll inbox and processing weekly pay runs
* Assisting with online store enquiries and customer service
* Answering phone calls and email enquiries
* Preparing reports for management
