Key Responsibilities
* To assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences within an adidas concept store through efficient staff productivity and a proactive selling environment.
* To model our service and selling standards, providing customers with outstanding experiences while inspiring store teams to meet or exceed commercial goals.
* To represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an engaging and impactful way.
* To execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
* To train and coach team members to refine their service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
* To coordinate team efforts to ensure seamless inventory processing procedures and stock-to-floor processes.
* To share best practices to drive overall store team performance.
