About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supplying quality parts to external customers and internal stakeholders while meeting sales targets and delivering high service levels.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to identify, interpret, and source parts to meet customer needs. You will also be required to process invoices, raise purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
In addition, you will need to maintain accurate records in our inventory management system and provide daily support to branch operations.
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers and internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
* Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously is critical for success in this role.
* Technical Skills: Basic understanding of mechanical and parts concepts, as well as experience with Microsoft Dynamics and earthmoving equipment is an advantage.
