Senior Care Associate
We seek a skilled Senior Care Associate to join our team. The successful applicant will have a strong focus on delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
* Foster positive relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide tailored care services.
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting the client's physical and emotional well-being.
* Provide companionship and emotional support, enhancing the client's quality of life and sense of belonging.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
Requirements:
* A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
* At least 6 months of relevant experience in the aged care industry.
* A valid driver's license for travel between client homes.
