**What your day will look like**:
- Take the lead in motivating and inspiring a team of UX and UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Create and implement a comprehensive CX and design strategy that delivers exceptional customer experiences and aligns with our ambitious business objectives.
- Establish and maintain an enterprise components library that ensures consistent and efficient design across our outstanding range of products.
- Communicate design concepts, CX strategies, and UX/UI brilliance to stakeholders at all levels with style and finesse.
- Empower your team through guidance and mentorship, granting them the authority to craft unparalleled experiences.
- Discover hidden gems within our existing customer journeys and transform them into brilliant opportunities for optimization and improvement.
**About you**:
- Demonstrating over 5 years of proven management experience in leading teams.
- You possess a track record of success as an influential leader, overseeing UX, UI, and CX teams and consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills have earned you a reputation for captivating stakeholders at all levels with your enthusiasm and visionary approach.
- You have honed the ability to develop and execute design and CX strategies that yield impactful results, impressing onlookers throughout the process.
- With expertise in creating and managing design systems or enterprise components libraries, your work sets a benchmark for excellence within the industry.
- Guiding and mentoring designers to unlock their full potential comes naturally to you, nurturing their professional growth and development effortlessly.
- Prioritisation and project management are second nature to you, evidenced by your adeptness in measuring velocity, managing workloads, and driving continuous improvement.
- You embody user-centered design principles, CX strategies, and best practices, consistently staying ahead of the curve.
