The Opportunity
As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you'll lead paid media, CRO, and experimentation to maximise commercial return from marketing investment.
You'll manage significant media spend and partner across internal teams and agencies to grow lead volume, improve conversion, and optimise end-to-end performance.
Your key priorities will include:
Lead performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, Pinterest and emerging digital channels, ensuring strong alignment to commercial growth objectives.
Own and optimise media investment across large-scale budgets, improving lead quality, acquisition efficiency, and return on marketing investment.
Drive continuous performance improvement through structured testing, experimentation, and data-led decision making across campaigns and channels.
Own website and landing page performance across the acquisition funnel, including CRO, UX optimisation, and conversion rate improvement.
Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and attribution models that connect marketing activity to revenue and business outcomes.
Partner with SEO, creative, media, and digital agency teams to deliver integrated, high-performing acquisition strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CRM, Customer Experience, and Leadership to improve lead quality, conversion performance, and end-to-end funnel outcomes.
Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities across platforms, audiences, and emerging digital channels.
Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders to guide strategic decision making.
What you bring
You bring proven experience leading performance or growth marketing in a scaling or high-growth business.
You're a commercially driven thinker who can connect strategy to execution and deliver measurable impact across customer acquisition and conversion performance.
You have deep expertise across paid media, CRO, analytics, attribution, and digital acquisition ecosystems, with a strong understanding of how to scale efficient growth.
You're highly data-informed and commercially sharp, with a proven ability to translate marketing performance into meaningful business outcomes.
You're a builder of systems, frameworks, and testing capability, with experience improving performance through structure, process, and experimentation.
You know how to influence and collaborate across internal teams and external partners, bringing alignment across marketing, sales, and customer functions.
You're adaptable, accountable, and comfortable operating in a high-growth business where priorities evolve and impact matters.
