About the Role:
As the Administration / Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for guests while providing essential administrative support to the venue. Your responsibilities will include reception duties, reservations, guest enquiries, data entry, accounts support, phone management, and assisting with day-to-day office coordination to ensure seamless operations.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service roles
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
* Confidence using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and general admin software
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment
