CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Project Engineers for our client working on an Airfield Electrical project based in Perth Airport, WA. This role will suit a hands-on Project Engineer with strong experience in electrical infrastructure delivery, ideally within airport, defence airfield, or other highly regulated infrastructure environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver assigned project packages safely, on time and within budget Develop and manage detailed project implementation schedules, execution plans and budgets Monitor engineering progress including deliverables, productivity, forecasting and resource allocation Coordinate project stakeholders to ensure works meet technical, operational and quality requirements Ensure compliance with statutory legislation, organisational procedures and industry standards Support FEL (Front End Loading), operational readiness and commissioning activities Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and operational efficiency Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders Our Ideal Candidate: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electrical or Civil preferred) Proven experience working as a Project Engineer on electrical and/or civil infrastructure projects Ability to communicate and influence across multiple levels of the business Experience working within multi-disciplinary project teams Strong understanding of the relationship between technical decisions and project financial outcomes Demonstrated ability to mentor and support team members while contributing to project success Strong commitment to safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable project delivery What We Can Offer: Salary starting at $130, 000 per annum Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for professional development 10 - 12hr days - overtime available How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in Project Engineering, please click APPLY, or submit your resume to lorissa@celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
