Details: The Asset Reporting Analyst supports ACT Government's ability to manage IT asset lifecycle planning across Digital Canberra. This role will support the consolidation, maintenance and analysis of IT asset data from multiple sources—including ServiceNow, Netbox and other legacy registers.
Working closely with the Director, Asset Reporting, the candidate will organise, maintain and present IT asset management data in an effort to inform strategic objectives. They will engage with stakeholders from across Digital Canberra to align asset reporting with broader transformation goals, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, reporting capability and portfolio sustainability.
Eligibility/Other requirements:
* The successful applicant is to possess or acquire and maintain an additional employment screening Personnel Vetting Program certificate. The Personnel Vetting Program (PVP) is currently self-administered by Digital Canberra (DCBR) and is inclusive of individuals with ACT Government employment eligibility.
* Prior experience using ServiceNOW asset management software is highly desirable.
Notes: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
This position is designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
