GPC's Kalgoorlie operations provide vacuum loading and high pressure cleaning solutions to our Mining industry clients, and we have opportunities for top tier UHP Operators who like to be recognised and rewarded for their skill level & quality output.
Main Duties
* Performing UHP water jetting works (gun, pipe jetting & Tank Head)
* Vacuum loading works (standard & NDD)
* Cleaning and basic level maintenance of UHP water jetting equipment
* Performing and recording daily pre start checks of equipment and vehicles
* Reporting to your supervisor with faults, problems, safety issues and completing and job completion reports
Mandatory for the role
* Current HP Operator water jetting accreditation (MSMSS00018)
* Minimum 5 years experience with UHP water jetting
* National Police Clearance with no significant criminal convictions
* Minimum WA C Class Drivers License (HR license preferred)
* Working at Heights qualification
* Working In a Confined Space qualification
* Permanent resident of Australia / New Zealand
* High Risk License with EWP & Forklift (preferred)
To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following
* Be able to demonstrate substantial experience in a similar role (you will be asked to detail and demonstrate your experience and competency). Only qualified and experienced Operators will be considered
* A genuine commitment to safety and achieving a high standard in all works
* Ability to work away on remote sites for up to 3 weeks
* Be a Team player with flexibility to adapt to task and roster changes to meet Client schedule requirements
* A high level of physical fitness with ability to meet and and maintain employment related medical requirements, including drug and alcohol screening
