About Us
We are dedicated to delivering exceptional food, bread, pastries, and coffee to our community every single day of the year. Our mission is to make the best versions of the basics, maintaining traditional techniques and thoughtful execution while keeping our no-frills, nostalgic vibe. We want our food and coffee to be approachable and craveable, having a fierce, honest, loyal, and dependable impact on our community, both local and industry-wide.
Our Pastry Department
We are committed to the art of traditional pastry-making within our team. Our laminated pastries are crafted with precision, using our own hand-cultured butter to achieve perfect layers of flakiness and flavour. This meticulous process involves carefully folding dough and butter, followed by forming, resting, proofing and baking.
