The role Reporting to the Business Manager, Divisional Business Services Unit, Corporate Services Division. The Administration Support Officer is required to flexible in their approach to the provision of efficient and confidential business support. Supporting clients across various branches in the Corporate Services Division the successful applicant will coordinate tasks in areas such as accounts payable and receivable, human resource management, system maintenance and the coordination of travel activities.
**Other responsibilities include**:
- Maintenance of various branch spreadsheets and the ability to ensure accurate records and personnel files are retained.
- Conducting IT requests, staff claims and completing stationery orders for the team as needed.
- Effectively utilizing Departmental systems to process and check financial, human resource and procurement records and information
**The successful personYou will have**:
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- A sound knowledge of contemporary human resource management issues and the ability to locate current policies in the provision of accurate and efficient HR advice.
