Bidgerdii Community Health Service is a not-for-profit Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Health Organisation that has been serving the Rockhampton and Central Queensland region for over 30 years.
Our Services
We provide culturally safe, comprehensive primary healthcare and wellbeing services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Services range from general practice and allied health to social and emotional wellbeing, chronic disease management, transport services, and family and children's health, operating across Rockhampton, Mount Morgan and the Central Highlands.

Opportunity
Bidgerdii Community Health Service is looking for a full-time HRM Coordinator based in Rockhampton, QLD.
This role reports to the Corporate Services Manager and will lead the delivery of HR and WHS functions across our growing multi-site health service.
It's a hands-on role requiring a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
About You
To qualify, you will need a tertiary qualification (Certificate IV or Diploma level minimum) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years experience in an HR or WHS coordination role is essential.
Experience within a not-for-profit, Aboriginal Medical Service or community-based organisation will also be highly regarded.
You are values-driven, culturally sensitive, and passionate about contributing to better outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident working independently without needing close supervision.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you take initiative to improve systems, solve problems, and support others.
You have a strong focus on continuous improvement, always looking for ways to refine processes and contribute meaningfully to a high-performing team.
You bring a high level of attention to detail, the ability to build strong internal relationships, and the confidence to make informed decisions.
What We Offer
Competitive salary of $75,000 – $85,000 + super, negotiable based on experience.
Salary packaging up to $15,900 through CBB (Community Business Bureau).
