About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Labourer to join our team full-time in Parkes, NSW. This role will involve a variety of hands-on tasks to support our earthmoving and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist excavator and skid steer operators with excavation, grading, and site preparation
* Complete daily pre-start checks
* Assist with loading/unloading, washing, greasing, and maintaining plant and equipment
* Work independently when required
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
* Hard-working, fit, and reliable
* Well-presented and professional
* Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
* Safety-focused
* Able to work well as part of a team
* Current White Card and manual driver's licence (essential)
* Machine experience (desirable but not essential)
* School leavers encouraged to apply
