Location: Melbourne's West and wider metropolitan Melbourne
Employment Options Available: Full-time, Part-time, Casual & Contractor (ABN) arrangements available
Salary: $80,000 – $125,000 + Super, commensurate with experience and role type

Your role (aligned to your experience)
Depending on your level, you will:
* Deliver OT assessments and therapy across home, community, clinic, and school settings
* Complete NDIS reports, including Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
* Develop goal-focused intervention plans with participants and families
* Recommend assistive technology and environmental modifications
* Collaborate with families, support coordinators, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and ethical practice
Who we're looking for:
Graduate & Early-Career OTs
* AHPRA-registered (or eligible) Occupational Therapist
* Seeking strong supervision, mentoring, and skill development
* Interest in NDIS and community-based practice
Senior OTs
* AHPRA-registered OT with NDIS experience
* Confident managing assessments, reports, and complex caseloads
* Interest in mentoring, supervision, or leadership opportunities
Contractors
* Hold relevant professional insurances
* Experience delivering NDIS services
* Seeking autonomy and meaningful work
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
