You will drive sustainable growth, profitability and long-term partnerships by developing and executing account strategies that reflect customer priorities and Philips business objectives. As the central point of coordination, you will orchestrate a cross-functional "One Philips" approach aligning Sales, Marketing, Business Units and Service to deliver integrated solutions and measurable customer outcomes.This role requires deep customer insight, strong commercial and financial acumen, and proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments to maximize customer value and long-term business outcomes.**Your role:*** Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities, market dynamics, and Philips' business goals.* Build deep understanding of customer strategies, funding models, reimbursement/billing structures, and decision-making to identify growth opportunities.* Drive revenue growth, profitability, share of wallet, and balanced portfolio selling across products, solutions, and services.* Define and deliver tailored value propositions and support introduction and adoption of new solutions within key accounts.* Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, act as primary escalation point, and ensure high customer satisfaction (NPS+).* Manage sales funnel and forecasting with Sales Managers to ensure robust pipeline development, progression, conversion, order intake, and revenue targets.* Coordinate cross-functional account teams and align Sales, Marketing, Business Units and Service to execute account plans and regional/global programs.* Drive pricing strategies, contract negotiations, commercial frameworks, oversee contract performance, renewals, and long-term agreements with Customer Support.* Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and industry developments to grow share of wallet and manage account-level risks with mitigation plans.* Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, maintain high standards of CRM usage, reporting accuracy, sales discipline, and accountability across contributors.**You're the right fit if:*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8+ years in healthcare sales, key account management, or business development.* Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and long-term contract negotiations.* Experience in diagnostic imaging or related healthcare domains preferred.* Strong commercial and financial acumen with expertise in strategic account management and value-based selling.* Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.* Deep understanding of healthcare systems, market dynamics, and cross-functional selling.* Sales process excellence, CRM proficiency, and pipeline/forecast discipline.* Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.**About Philips**We are a health technology company.
