Job Title: Mental Health Professional
Your role is to deliver specialist mental health services, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality mental health services to individuals and groups, prioritizing cultural sensitivity and best practice.
* Stay up-to-date with current research, legislation, and professional standards.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare services and community agencies.
* Contribute to program design, implementation, and evaluation.
* Provide education and training to professionals and organizations.
* Maintain accurate records and statistics in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Participate in supervision, continuous professional development, and research activities.
For this position, you will need current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and experience in providing various psychotherapeutic interventions. Additionally, knowledge of relevant legislation, ethical principles, and national standards is essential.
