Turnco Building and Maintenance are on the hunt for an A+ Carpenter to add to our team.
We're one of Newcastle regions top maintenance carpentry companies and our business is booming. We've got so many projects on the go that we need another pair of hands Both our builders and maintenance clients are flat tack And we have big plans to make 2026 an incredible year.
Now, if you're not looking right now yourself but you have a mate who is we offer a $500 referral fee when we hire the person you refer. The only condition is that they work with us for at least 3 months…we don't want any muppets

· Earn up to $42 per hour for the right candidate –we pay top rates
· No weekend work, except for the occasional Saturday during peak times but this is optional (and when we say occasional, we actually means a couple of times per year)
· Regular pay reviews based on performance and KPI's – if you are doing a great job, we make sure its rewarded
· All uniforms provided
· Early knock off Friday, every week – Finish at 1:30pm

Here's what we need from you:
· Qualified carpenter with minimum 2 years' experience (excluding apprenticeship).
· Full driver's licence (Manual preferred).
· White Card + relevant tools.
· Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and assist with train apprentices.
· Honest and trustworthy.
· Experience with both residential construction and maintenance work, beneficial but not essential.
· Make pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
· Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
