**About Us**
**Prime Responsibilities**
- Ensure all EUC devices underlying infrastructure is maintained and operational. This includes PCs, Tablets, Printer, Meeting Rooms, Desk phones, Workstation Hygiene, Drivers/ Software's up-to-date and suppression systems.
**Duties**
- Requires 5+ years of related experience in IT industry with Desktop Support-L3 (mandatory).
- Responsible for computer room activities such as installing workstation, mounting, and dismounting monitors, switches, dock station.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain workstations, Panasonic Touchpad, Motion Tablet, iPhone, iPad, multi-function devices (MFDs) printers, plotter, Cisco IP Phones, a range of digital workplace, and Microsoft Teams meeting rooms.
- Perform Crown/RJ45 patching between workstation, switches, and routers (under direct supervision).
- Provide onsite support to network, server, storage, security teams and assist them with planned changes, tasks, and problem resolution.
- Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 25Lbs.
- Respond to Data centre incidents in business hours and when "on call" after hours.
- Perform daily/weekly floor checks to ensure all infrastructure is operating as expected.
- Asset management, installation, decommissioning and disposal.
- Manage queues for EUC requests, tasks, incidents and change requests via the Service Now tool.
- Should have driving license and agree to travel between sites at least 100kms a week.
- Keep track of installed IT assets to prepare upgrades and replacements
- Ability to work well under pressure to repair, install, modify, and upgrade IT hardware, demonstrating strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware, including, but not limited to monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, multi-port data termination panels all under 'Smart Hands' capability.
- Experience in desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S Win10, 8.
- Able to work in after hours and weekends for an on-call shift is also part of the job.
- Ability to drive hour or two to attend the Branch Office to assistance IT related issues.
- Experience providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Azure Active Directory.
- Experience in SCCM including architecture, implementation, support & troubleshooting.
- OSD in depth knowledge, like creating TS, troubleshooting the OSD Issues, importing & Injecting Drivers.
- Patch management and Application Deployment.
- Hands on knowledge in MDM tools & platform management using mobility devices.
- Strong experience in end-to-end patch management process, software deployment process.
- Knowledge on hands in scripting - PowerShell or VBScript tool.
