**The opportunity**
Boeing Defence Australia is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as the **Items of Interest Lead** at RAAF Base Amberley, as part of the Air Combat Electronic Attack Sustainment Program. This critical role contributes to the Air Combat Electronic Attack Enterprise by managing supply items with declining stock health to mitigate any adverse effects on operational capability.
Key responsibilities include overseeing ACEA logistics support, scoping and monitoring complex tasks, and prioritising resources to ensure mission readiness. We take pride in our progress and invite you to join us in this important endeavor.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Items of Interest function within the Air Combat Electronic Attack Sustainment Program, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Collecting and analysing data to create burndown charts that identify program risks.
- Managing Items of Interest from a logistics perspective, with a focus on minimising impacts to operational capability.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the Enterprise to develop solutions that address challenges related to stock health.
- Facilitating and participating in regular meetings to gather data and deliver updates.
**Experience/Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a complex, collaborative multi-organisational environment.
- Ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organisation.
- Background in technical or logistics fields.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Relevant experience in the aviation or aerospace industry.
- Prior experience with ADF Aviation in a technical or logistics role is highly desirable.
