As Our New Assistant Manager:
Your overarching purpose is to work closely and collaboratively to support the team and the Store Manager in driving the ultimate customer experience and elevating the store's overall performance.
You’ll bring significant value through:
Leading by example through inspiring and delighting our customers, enabling them to weave their own style of home
Being a role model in achieving personal targets and KPIs whilst supporting the team to achieve theirs
Supporting the Store Manager with coaching, developing, and training the wider team
Contributing to successful workforce planning and roster management to ensure we remain within budget
Analyzing reports and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience

Leadership qualities and demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and targets
