We are seeking highly experienced IT professionals to deliver technical support services to the Department of Education through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP).
About The Role
* To be considered, candidates must have at least 5 years of industry experience.
* Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
* Administer and support school networks and server environments.
* Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
* Essential Technical Skills include Hyper-V virtualization administration, Administration of Windows and Linux-based servers, Cloud service administration, Mobile Device Management, Advanced enterprise networking, Cisco wireless technologies, SOE and image deployment.
