NOW HIRING | Elite Female Disability Support Worker (Casual) | Nairne (Mt Barker)
This is not a standard support worker role.
This is for professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional, high-level care — the kind of care that goes beyond tasks and focuses on precision, safety, dignity, and consistency.
At This Ability Care, we specialise in complex, high-intensity NDIS supports, and we're currently building a carefully selected team around a participant who requires experienced, confident, and emotionally intelligent support workers.
If you're someone who values structure, clinical awareness, and working within a highly supported team environment, this role will feel different — in the best way.
Why This Role Stands Out
* Work within a premium 2:1 care model (not rushed, not understaffed)
* Consistent, well-planned shifts — no chaos, no uncertainty
* A participant with a fully established care routine and support system
* Be part of a select, high-performing team (not a revolving door of staff)
* Leadership that understands complex care — not just rostering
* Opportunity to work in a structured, calm, and professional environment
This is a role where quality of care is prioritised over quantity of shifts.
About the Role
You will be supporting a participant with advanced neurological needs (Huntington's Disease) in a home environment requiring high-level, attentive care.
Candidates must have valid Australian work eligibility to be considered for this position.

* Assisted feeding (dysphagia / modified diet management)
* Dysphagia training or certification is preferred but not required

* Continuous supervision for safety and wellbeing
* Emotional support and maintaining dignity at all times
Female support workers only (participant preference)
