About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Legal Assistant
to join a professional law firm based in Bundall. This role is integral to supporting solicitors and ensuring the smooth operation of legal services for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
* Managing client communications while maintaining confidentiality
* Organizing, filing, and maintaining legal records and case files
* Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates
* Assisting with legal research and document preparation
* General administrative duties to support the legal team
Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role
* Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal management software
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
