Your Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll balance barista service with bakery duties, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in a high-volume setting.
Where you'll make an impact
* Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality espresso coffee during peak service
* Assist with bakery operations including serving goods, prepping displays, and stock control
* Maintain hygiene and food safety standards across all areas
* Provide friendly, fast service while managing POS transactions
* Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture
What we're looking for
You are an experienced barista with bakery or patisserie experience who thrives in a busy service environment. You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering quality products and service.
To be successful, you will need:
* Previous bakery or patisserie experience (Essential)
* At least 6 months' experience as a barista with confidence under pressure
* Strong attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to assist across multiple areas of the outlet
* Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)
* Valid Driver's Licence (Essential)
