About the role
As part of reecetech, you'll join a 200+ strong team that handles everything from Product Management and Engineering to Data and AI. You'll be crafting next generation digital tools that solve real customers problems and support our people to work more effectively.

As a Senior Engineer you'll get involved in leading the design and development of technical solutions, there will be a mix of hands on work along with investing time mentoring and upskilling team members.
About you
* Demonstrated experience working as a Back End or Full Stack Engineer; which includes Java. React, Python and Kotlin experience will be highly regarded but are not essential.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Automation Tools
* Exposure to working with container technologies such as Docker and associated orchestration engines like Kubernetes
* AWS development, configuration and deployment
* Good listening and communication skills and able to receive and give constructive feedback
* Happy to challenge established ways of doing business to ensure that we continue to improve and evolve our ways of working
