Strategic Leadership Role
This is a high-impact leadership position for our Nuclear sector. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, oversee major projects, and ensure that technical and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business development, proposal efforts, and project execution focused on core offerings such as geotechnical and environmental consulting, construction quality oversight, and civil and infrastructure engineering.
* Uphold industry standards across all nuclear projects, participate in internal and third-party audits, and help advance the company's quality systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical Engineering or Geology.
* Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience.
* Professional Engineer (PE) or Geologist (PG), ideally in multiple states where we operate.
* Demonstrate experience in nuclear licensing, site investigations, and QA programs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; and ability to meet deadlines.
* Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Project.
