Location: Undalup Land – Busselton Salary: Full-time - $51, + NFP salary packaging + Superannuation (inc. NFP salary packaging) Hey you genU is looking for a reliable and supportive General Hand to roll up your sleeves in a hands-on timber manufacturing role.
You'll work alongside supported employees with disabilities, helping them build skills while producing quality timber products.

Full or Part time role working Monday to Friday only.
What you'll do Assist with day-to-day timber manufacturing tasks and production.
Work alongside and mentor supported employees in the workshop.
Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
What you'll bring A positive attitude, willingness to learn and pitch in.
Practical, reliable, and happy to work in a team setting.
Ability to guide and encourage people with disabilities at work.
Understanding of safe work practices in a workshop.
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for Professional timber work or manufacturing experience.
Experience in a disability support setting.
