Email: Call: West Sector: Accounting and Finance Job Summary 12 Months Fixed Term ContractConvenient location - Accessible by public transportEnd to End payroll Job Description About your new employer: • Stable environment with a supportive management team and a great culture • Reputable well-respected brand • Forward thinking and innovative • Growing organisation About your new job: The role will see you take control of the payroll function and also provide support in Accounts Payable. • Managing the fortnightly payroll for approx. 250 employees • Handling and resolving payroll queries and managing the query inbox • Setting up new starters • Process termination payments • Reconcile workers compensation • Calculating and processing payments, deductions, PAYG etc • Month-end reporting and reconciliations • Assist Accounts Payable 2 days a week with the processing of invoices and payments About You: To be successful in this position you will have the following: • A proven track record in the area of payroll management - within a full function/ end to end capacity • Knowledge and understanding of Australian employment law and interpreting Awards & EBAs • Knowledge / Exposure to large payroll systems • Preferably you will have some experience in AP however, this is not necessary as training can be provided • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with relevant departments and employees • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy What is in it for you: • Long-term opportunity - fixed-term contract - qualify for leave requirements • Supportive team and comprehensive training • Convenient Location - Accessible by public transport • Start right away if you are immediately available
